Together achieving better decisions and brighter futures for Manchester families of children and young people aged 0-25 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Below are articles contributed to MPCF by fellow parent-carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) living in Manchester.

Some may highlight issues concerning SEND services across Education, Health and Social Care, while some may be more about the general public. Some may be more positive – celebrating the SEND-friendliness of our city.

We encourage everyone to comment on the articles, specially if you have experienced something similar yourself. If there is a pattern and a need for something to be done, to help make things better, we can try to change that by putting the issue forward at various board meetings or perhaps by directly contacting the relevant parties.
