Join us and Manchester Carers Centre as we celebrate the up-and-coming festive season!

Meet other carers, take a break from your caring role, and enjoy a brew and a bite at Brown’s for afternoon tea!

As part of our new #CarersShortBreak partnership with Manchester Carers Centre, we have been given 5 free tickets to give away to parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The Carers Short Breaks organised by Manchester Carers Centre are meant to connect carers with other carers and to allow you to take a much-deserved break from the caring role. As such, we are advised not to bring your cared-for at these sessions.
  • Manchester Carers Centre has requested that attendees also register with them. Please make sure to visit the link that we will email you after booking then quote this activity (Festive Afternoon Tea) under the “Summary of your support needs” section.

About the Organisers:

Manchester Carers Centre is a local charity that delivers a range of FREE high quality support services for unpaid Carers in Manchester. These services include practical help, community drop-ins, respite breaks, social activities, access to grants and training, and a dedicated Young Adult Carers Service for Carers who are 16 to 25 years old.

They run monthly activities for carers to help them connect with other carers and take a much-deserved break from their caring role.
