This FREE Sleep Workshop is an interactive session on Managing Sleep and is delivered by a Sleep Practitioner from Cerebra.

Its aim is to help families understand sleep difficulties and how they can help improve on the child’s sleep.

By the end of the workshop, we aim for you to have:

  • Built on your knowledge and understanding of sleep and what impacts/improves it
  • Increased your skills when addressing issues of settling, night waking, early rising and sleeping alone
  • Improved your confidence to apply information gained to your own situation

The workshop is accredited by CPD and certificates are available for those that attend.

Booking is essential and each family would also need to fill in a Cerebra registration form prior to or on the day of the event.

This sleep workshop is available for free to parents and carers of children/ young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) in Manchester.
