This is gentle chair based yoga meditation practice that will be delivered by the lovely Tammy from Yoga for All Manchester.
We’ll start with breath awareness exercises and an introduction to meditation practices.
You will then be led through some gentle mindful movements, following the breath, to help energise and relax your nervous system, bringing about a sense of harmony and ease.
The session will end with a final relaxation exercise and short meditation.
About Our Facilitator
Tammy is a fellow parent-carer who loves arts and crafts, mindfulness and yoga.
She is trained in yoga & yoga nidra, and runs Yoga for All Manchester, including the weekly term-time “Yoga for Parents and Carers” sessions that we used to have.
