We are currently working with buzz Health & Wellbeing service to set up a support group for fathers and male carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
This initiative was one of the outcomes of the Start Well focus group we and the Manchester Parent Champions had with Manchester City Council back in November.
If you would like to get involved or have ideas for the group, please join us on Tuesday, 12 January 2021, to brainstorm about setting up the dads’ support group.
The meeting will be facilitated by Ben Talbot, Neighbourhood Health Worker for the Start Well Develop Well project.
