IASM Website Consultation with SEND Parents

Information, Advice and Support Manchester (IASM) are looking to chat with parents about the new website they are looking to develop.

This will be an informal discussion with Margarette Lee-Chapman, IAS Manchester’s Implementation Manager. She would like to hear about what parents want included in the website, content-wise, and any suggestions we have in terms of features and design.

We would appreciate if fellow parents of children & young people with SEND could join the forum in this meeting. MPCF will cover transportation costs on a reimbursement basis; just please keep your taxi receipt and give to us on the day.

If you can’t make it but would like to share us your thoughts, please send us a message by email or via Facebook. The more parents can share their ideas and requests, the more we can ensure that the IAS website becomes useful to SEND families in Manchester.

Manchester Parent Carer Forum is a group of parents and carers of disabled children who work with Manchester Local Authorities, Education Settings, Health Providers and other providers to make sure the services they plan and deliver meet the needs of disabled children and young people (0-25 years), as well as their families, in Manchester.

We have a steering group of parent and carer volunteers who lead this work and listen to the views of other parents and carers in the local area to make sure they know what is important to them.
