Join us on Monday, 4 March 2024, for a coffee morning at Martenscroft Nursery and Sure Start Centre in Hulme.

It’s an opportunity to meet and chat fellow parents & carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) in a relaxed and friendly setting.

You will also learn about the work that we do at Manchester Parent Carer Forum, find out about information & events relevant to families, and talk to us about opportunities to get involved.

Special for March 2024:

We are pleased to announce that our friends from Manchester Children SEND Community will be joining us on this day.

Manchester Children SEND Community is a multi-ethnic parent-led group that offers peer-to-peer support to parents and carers of children with SEND who have an ethnic minority background.

Members of the group include those who can speak in Afghan, Amharic, Arabic, Eritrean, French, Kurdish, Oromo, Somali, Spanish, and Urdu, among other languages. They usually meet monthly in a Central Manchester location and have a WhatsApp group chat for info sharing and informal advice amongst  members.
