One-to-one session with Educational Psychologist (virtual Local Offer drop-in)

The SEND Local Offer Drop-in is held monthly for the benefit of parents/carers of children or young people with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) who are looking to find information and support.

Normally held on a rotating basis in venues across North, Central and South Manchester, the drop-ins are currently held virtually because of the pandemic.

As part of the virtual sessions, educational psychologists from One Education will be holding free one-to-one Zoom appointments with parents/carers. These are held every 30 minutes between 10am to 12pm on the day of the virtual drop-in.

This offer is exclusive to parents/carers of children or young people with SEND in Manchester.

Manchester Parent Carer Forum is a group of parents and carers of disabled children who work with Manchester Local Authorities, Education Settings, Health Providers and other providers to make sure the services they plan and deliver meet the needs of disabled children and young people (0-25 years), as well as their families, in Manchester.

We have a steering group of parent and carer volunteers who lead this work and listen to the views of other parents and carers in the local area to make sure they know what is important to them.
