The young people’s mental health charity, 42nd Street, will soon be hosting some workshops to collect feedback from young people, their parents/carers and family members around transitioning between child and adult health services.
The workshops are open to anyone aged 16-25 in Greater Manchester who has experienced or is in the process of experiencing a transition from a paediatric to adult health service (not limited to mental health services) and/or their family members/ carers.
Here’s some information about the workshops:
- 60-90 mins (1-1.5 hours) long
- Taking place on 23rd April, 28th April, 29th April (times TBC)
- Either in-person (at 42nd Street, Central Manchester) OR Online video-call OR Online text-based workshops – depending on participants’ preferences.
- 1 workshop for young people only, 1 for parents/carers/adult family members only, and 1 open to all
- Participants will be thanked for their time with a £20 voucher and any travel expenses will be covered.
