Lifted is a carers’ centre based in Wythenshawe with an aim to “elevate parent carers who have a child/adult with special needs” in Manchester. We strive to make a positive difference and improve the health and well-being of carers using the centre.
Lifted’s services include 1-to-1 support, guidance & advocacy, and assistance with completing forms. They also host special calendar events, lunches, carers’ trips, family days out, and craft sessions.
