DESCRIPTION:Join fellow carers on a guided tour around Chetham’s Library – the oldest free public reference library in the English-speaking world! \nExplore and learn about this historically significant landmark! \n\n10:45am : Meet-up at the library entrance\n11am-12:30pm : Guided tour of the library\n\nAs part of our new #CarersShortBreak partnership with Manchester Carers Centre\, we have been given 5 free tickets to give away to parents and carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities. \nPlease book your ticket by clicking the button below.  Places are limited so register ASAP to avoid disappointment! \nIMPORTANT NOTES: \n\nWe have been advised that as the building is over 500 years old\, there are some limitations around accessibility. The tour involves using stairs to go between the ground and first floors\, and there is no accessible toilet on site. Victoria Station has the closest disabled toilet access.\nThe Carers Short Breaks organised by Manchester Carers Centre are meant to connect carers with other carers and to allow you to take a much-deserved break from the caring role.
