SUMMARY:Inclusive Family Bowling
DESCRIPTION:Join us and other families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND) for a FREE game of bowling at Tenpin Harpurhey! \nThe venue is fully accessible and we’ll have ball ramps available for those that need them. \nWe would like this to be a whole-family event so please feel free to bring your other children (i.e.\, siblings without SEND) with you. \nOur team will be there to welcome you and provide assistance\, if needed\, but please note that you will need to be responsible for your children’s safety at all times. \nPlease arrive 15 minutes before the start to book in and be ready to start your game at 10am. \nNOTE:\nThere’s a maximum of 6 players per lane. Additional non-players would be welcome to cheer players on. \nIf your family requires more than 6 players then please book an adjacent lane for this. You can expect: \n\nThis event is exclusive to families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) aged 0 – 25 years.\nPeace of Mind – All MPCF staff and volunteers have lived experience of SEND so you can rest assured that there will be a level of empathy and understanding with any needs or quirks that may arise on the day. Please speak to a member of the team if you have a request to make for a better experience.\nA Quieter Experience – We will request the bowling alley to reduce the volume of music.
