DESCRIPTION:It’s an early Valentine’s Day here at Manchester Parent Carer Forum! \nBeing a parent-carer isn’t always easy so we want to send a message of love… for yourself! Self-care is important; it allows us to recharge our batteries and help boost our ability to support our children. \nAt today’s session\, we’ll be doing mindful awareness meditation and gently flowing yoga movements\, followed by a nice\, long\, deep relaxation using bolsters and props.
