SUMMARY:SCP Sensory Workshop for Parents/Carers (Secondary)
DESCRIPTION:This session is aimed at parents/carers of SECONDARY school-aged children. \nThe information will be delivered through a PowerPoint presentation\, in addition to some small group work which will provide opportunities for discussing examples. \nWe do encourage you to ask questions as these sessions are to enable you to gain knowledge about available support and resources. \nThis session will include: \n\nWe will consider sensory differences amongst different people.\nHow sensory differences can present in autistic people\nSignposting to useful sources of support\n\nBiscuits\, tea and coffee will be provided.
