On 15 July 2021, educational psychologists, Abigail and Audrey, from One Education delivered their “Working with Your Child During the Summer Holidays” workshop for parents & carers of children & young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) in Manchester.

They discussed topics such as supporting learning through having fun, routines and activity planning, talking with your child, and taking time for oneself & self-preservation. We also shared some inclusive activities that will be happening across the city this summer.

About the Trainers:

Audrey Johnson and Abigail Sterne are both Educational Psychologists with One Education and former teachers. Both work in primary & secondary schools and further education colleges across Manchester.

Audrey’s areas of specialism include: Early Years, Looked After and Accommodated Children, Loss and Bereavement.

Abigail’s include Autism and Post 16.
