Come and join us this November for an inclusive, SEND-friendly halloween celebration at Longford Park Athletics Stadium.
There will be loads of unique, quirky, all-ability bicycles and tricycles available at the track. Cycling novices and non-cyclists need not worry, as our host, Simply Cycling, has a huge number of adapted bicycles, trikes, hand cycles, wheelchair-accessible bikes, tandems and side-by-sides to suit all abilities – we’re sure you’ll find something there that will suit your ability and comfort level!
We will also set up a snack-decorating table, where kids can have fun decorating their cupcakes and cookies. There will be Halloween pictures, paper plates, and even pumpkins to colour and draw on, for those who like arts and crafts.
Plus… we’ll have treat bags to take home! 🙂
Costume or fancy dress optional but encouraged. ^_^
Please note that you’re responsible for your own children’s safety during the session.
This event is free to members of Manchester Parent Carer Forum. If you are not yet registered with us, please do so by visiting our Membership page. Membership is free to Manchester parent-carers of children & young people with SEND.
There would also be an opportunity for parents to feed back on your experiences of the different SEND services (e.g. Education, Health, Social Care, Short Breaks, Local Offer, transition, etc). We would love to hear from you!
