Following the success of last summer’s Happy, Active, Healthy Packs, we are again working in partnership with 4CT Limited to deliver activity, information and healthy eating packs to families of children or young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) who receive Free School Meals (FSM) in Manchester. As with before, we would like to hear from parents & carers to help plan the delivery of this project.

We are looking for parents and carers of a child or young person who:

• lives in Manchester
• has SEND
• is aged 5-16 years

If you have a child or young person who meets all of the above criteria, please join us in this informal “design meeting” where we will brainstorm the ideal contents for the packs.

If we are successful in acquiring funding for the project, participants in this meeting will be first in line to receive packs once we are ready to launch.
