Cycle with Sumayra – SEND Family Cycling

This is a free cycling event open to families of children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) who live in the city of Manchester.

The event will include a bike demo, balance bikes for toddlers to try, adapted bikes for adults to try, bike related crafts and goodies, as well as an opportunity to meet with cycling and SEND organisations.

Places are limited so booking is essential. Call Sumayra on 07474 654100 by 12pm on Tuesday, 18 February, to book your family’s places.

Manchester Parent Carer Forum is a group of parents and carers of disabled children who work with Manchester Local Authorities, Education Settings, Health Providers and other providers to make sure the services they plan and deliver meet the needs of disabled children and young people (0-25 years), as well as their families, in Manchester.

We have a steering group of parent and carer volunteers who lead this work and listen to the views of other parents and carers in the local area to make sure they know what is important to them.
