DBK Together – Dixon’s Brooklands Academy Info Day

October 1 @ 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Dixon’s Brooklands Academy will be hosting their local offer drop-in for parents and carers of children and young people who go to this school.

There will be “Market Hall” stalls from the following organisations and service providers:

  • The Big Life Group
  • Citizens UK
  • DBK Pastoral and Attendance Team
  • DWP Disability Support
  • DWP Employment Vacancies
  • Early Help
  • Family Hubs / Sure Start
  • Home Instead Care
  • Manchester Adult Education
  • Mindful Me
  • School Nurse
  • Uniform and Free Schools Meals (FSM) Support

We will be holding a stall at this event from around 5:30pm.

Manchester Parent Carer Forum is a group of parents and carers of disabled children who work with Manchester Local Authorities, Education Settings, Health Providers and other providers to make sure the services they plan and deliver meet the needs of disabled children and young people (0-25 years), as well as their families, in Manchester.

We have a steering group of parent and carer volunteers who lead this work and listen to the views of other parents and carers in the local area to make sure they know what is important to them.
