Join us for this (belated) Carers Week special designed to help parents and carers relax, express yourself and have fun!

This is a mindfulness activity that involves painting to music. No particular art skills or prior experience is necessary; it would just be about colour and shape & form – painting what comes intuitively as you listen to music, and not worrying about the finished result.

The session will be provided free of charge and will include a light lunch & refreshments.

About Carers Week

Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of caring, highlight the challenges unpaid carers face, and recognise the contribution they make to families and communities throughout the UK. It also helps people who don’t think of themselves as having caring responsibilities to identify as carers and access much-needed support.

It is celebrated on 6-12 June this year and the theme is “Make Caring Visible, Valued and Supported.”
