Join us and the SPACE Group on Thursday, 31 March, for a coffee morning with Equal Education Chances (EEC) charity in Newton Heath.
It’s an opportunity to chat and be among fellow parents & carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND), in a relaxed and friendly setting.
You will also learn about the work that we do at Manchester Parent Carer Forum and SPACE, meet and learn about our friends from EEC, find out about information & events relevant to families, and talk to us about opportunities to get involved.
About Equal Education Chances
Equal Education Chances (EEC) is a charity that aims to engage, educate and empower children, young people and adults living with disabilities and their families in England and Nigeria.
They focus on the marginalised communities and support them to learn and develop skills academically, socially and vocationally; in order to be financially independent and to achieve their life-long goals.
Please visit equaleducationchances.org to learn more about their organisation.
Covid Safety Measures
- In order to minimise risk, we will be welcoming less people than the room’s maximum capacity.
- We will open windows and/or doors to improve air circulation, where possible.
- Hand sanitisers and/or hand washing facilities will be available at the venue.
- Please reconsider attending if you are not feeling well or have shown signs of illness close to the day. In this scenario, we’d also request that you cancel your booking in order to open space for other parents/carers in the waiting list.
