Virtual SEND Parent Drop-in

This virtual drop-in is happening in place of the monthly SEND Early Help Local Offer Drop-ins that normally happen on a rotating basis across the city. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the drop-ins will be done virtually until further notice.

This virtual drop-in is for the benefit of parents and carers of children or young people with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) who are looking to find information and support. Share your stories and ask questions. We will try to help and signpost you to the relevant services and organisations who may be able to give you expert advice and support.

How to Join the Virtual SEND Drop-in

From 10am to 12pm on the 10th of February, you can contact us or any of the following services, who will be on call during this time to help:

Manchester Parent Carer Forum is a group of parents and carers of disabled children who work with Manchester Local Authorities, Education Settings, Health Providers and other providers to make sure the services they plan and deliver meet the needs of disabled children and young people (0-25 years), as well as their families, in Manchester.

We have a steering group of parent and carer volunteers who lead this work and listen to the views of other parents and carers in the local area to make sure they know what is important to them.
