Back in July, we and 4CT Limited accepted applications for the “Explore Manchester” summer information packs, which our friends from 4CT wonderfully produced and delivered to families who ordered one.
This year’s packs included the Explore Manchester passport as well as an activity newsletter containing easy activities for young children, a summer-themed word search, a daily checklist for children and young people, self-care tips for parents, and plenty of information about activities and places to visit over the summer holidays.

We also encourage you to complete the Explore Manchester passport together with your child. This is a fantastic activity to discuss with them the different events and places that you visited during the summer holiday, and helps develop their conversation, imagination and writing skills.
If you can, please kindly send us a photo of the completed passport and any pictures from your “summer adventures”; these could double as evidence we can share to funders about the benefits of these projects to families, as well as feedback that we can share to service providers to help improve future offerings.
