We are currently working in partnership with 4CT Limited to deliver activity, information and healthy eating packs to families of children or young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) who receive Free School Meals (FSM) in Manchester, and we would like to hear from parents & carers to help plan the delivery of this project.

We are looking for parents and carers of a child or young person who:

  • lives in Manchester
  • has SEND
  • is aged 5-16 years

If you have a child or young person who meets all of the above criteria, please let us know, and we will send you an invitation to an informal “design meeting” happening within the next few days.

Participants will be first in line to receive the pack once we are ready to launch.
