These 2-hour sessions at Platt Fields Market Garden are FREE for Manchester’s SEND families. Activities include seed balls and bug hotels, painting plant pots and pebbles, Garden Bingo, and sowing seeds to take home.
Sessions are 1-3pm every Thursday in the holidays – 30th July and 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th August.
Booking is essential.

Platt Fields Market Garden is a community market garden and part of the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) network. As a CSA member we offer a Veg Box Subscription service as well as sell produce, supply local restaurants and develop our own fruit, herb and vegetable based products.
Everything we do revolves around food, community and wellbeing. On top of producing wonderful vegetables grown with organic techniques, we provide a space for a whole host of other activities that you can find out about below.
There are toilets and parking space near the garden.
