Liz Stevens, Manchester City Council’s Locality Strategy Manager for Learning Disability, would like to invite parents to review the newly drafted Transition Policy for Manchester.

The session is going to run on 9th December 2019, 10am – 12:30pm, at the Hulme District Office.

This meeting is a good opportunity for parents & carers to contribute to Manchester’s strategy for transitions and Preparing for Adulthood. It’s ideal for parent-carers of children and young people in Year 9 onwards (13 years and up) but is not restricted to that age range.
