IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The first release of tickets are exclusively for families who have NOT YET accessed any of our bowling sessions this summer. They will be available for booking from 12 noon on Thursday, 21st of August!
- If any tickets remain after Thursday, we will open them for everyone* to book from 9am on Friday, 22 August. These tickets will be open to all families of deaf, disabled or neurodivergent children and young people who live in the city of Manchester.

Join us and other families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND) for a FREE game of bowling at Tenpin Harpurhey!
The venue is fully accessible and we’ll have ball ramps available for those that need them.
We would like this to be a whole-family event so please feel free to bring your other children (i.e., siblings without SEND) with you.
Our team will be there to welcome you and provide assistance, if needed, but please note that you will need to be responsible for your children’s safety at all times.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the 6pm start to book in and be ready to start your game.

To book, send a text or WhatsApp to MPCF 0749 885 4612 no earlier than 12 noon on Thursday, 21 August: BOWLING HARPURHEY, house number and postcode, FULL Names of ALL attendees, dates of birth of children, ethnicity and if they have SEND Yes (Y) or No (N).
Please text us only once and wait for us to respond. Multiple messages may move you down the list.
There’s a maximum of 6 players per lane. Additional non-players would be welcome to cheer players on. If your family requires more than 6 players then please make this clear in your text message.

What makes it SEND-Friendly?
Manchester Parent Carer Forum (MPCF) is committed to making the event as welcoming and comfortable as possible. You can expect:
- This event is exclusive to families of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) aged 0 – 25 years.
- Peace of Mind – All MPCF staff and volunteers have lived experience of SEND so you can rest assured that there will be a level of empathy and understanding with any needs or quirks that may arise on the day. Please speak to a member of the team if you have a request to make for a better experience.
- A Quieter Experience – We will request the bowling alley to reduce the volume of music, if needed.
