A University of Manchester postgraduate researcher has reached out to ask for participants to get involved with a research project that he is working on, called “Communicating with Non-speaking Neurodivergent Young People: Stakeholders’ Perspectives”.

The study, led by Freddie Jones and Dr. Rai Fayette from the University of Manchester, is exploring how formerly (and currently) non-speaking neurodivergent adults, their parents/carers, and educational practitioners experience communicating with non-speaking neurodivergent young people.

Participation in this study is entirely voluntary and would involve a one-time interview lasting approximately 45 minutes. All participants are free to withdraw up to 2 weeks after data collection without providing a reason and without any negative consequences. The information you provide will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of this research.

Please click the button below if you wish to get involved or if you have any questions for the researchers.
