IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We have been advised that as the building is over 500 years old, there are some limitations around accessibility. The tour involves using stairs to go between the ground and first floors, and there is no accessible toilet on site. Victoria Station has the closest disabled toilet access.
- The Carers Short Breaks organised by Manchester Carers Centre are meant to connect carers with other carers and to allow you to take a much-deserved break from the caring role. As such, we are advised not to bring your cared-for at these sessions.
About the Organisers:
Manchester Carers Centre is a local charity that delivers a range of FREE high quality support services for unpaid Carers in Manchester. These services include practical help, community drop-ins, respite breaks, social activities, access to grants and training, and a dedicated Young Adult Carers Service for Carers who are 16 to 25 years old.
They run monthly activities for carers to help them connect with other carers and take a much-deserved break from their caring role.
