This is an inclusive session for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent riders, showcasing a range of BMX, mountain bikes & some adapted bikes such as hand bikes and trikes.
The session – inspired by Limitless BMX – is laid back and fun and uses the sprint straight for a warm up (flat area) before going on to the 3rd/4th straight of the BMX track should the riders wish to do so. The adapted bikes can also be used on this part of the BMX track. The 1st/2nd straights may also be used and, on some occasions, the 5m Start Hill too – if the riders are competent enough for this advanced area. Unfortunately, adapted bikes are not permitted on these areas.
With our exclusive booking, we can tailor the session to the riders’ specific needs – with parents, carers, and support workers all welcome to attend and assist.
Please note that while we and the National Cycling Centre will try to make the sessions as accessible as possible, the session is best suited to those who already enjoy cycling and would like to try the ramps. Please let us know during booking if your child is new to BMX cycling, especially if they lack the confidence or skills to try the ramps.
There will be a qualified BMX coach present and the bike, full face helmet, pads and gloves will be provided.
You can find more details about the track in the FAQs section below.
