Eligibility:
- You must have a family member who is:
- deaf, disabled or neurodivergent AND
- aged 0-25 years old
- You must live in the city of Manchester (i.e., under Manchester City Council).
Important Notes:
- You’re responsible for your own children’s safety throughout the session.
- The show is suitable for all ages.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.
- Many of Contact’s shows have a no latecomers policy. You may be refused entry if you are late; this is on the discretion of the theatre.
- Places are limited and booking is essential.
- Your Eventbrite ticket is NOT the official theatre ticket. Please check your inbox after booking for info about receiving the official theatre ticket.
ACCESSIBILITY INFO:
This performance is a Relaxed Performance.
- At a relaxed performance the audience can move around, make noise, enter and leave the theatre at any time.
- There will be a chillout space on the ground floor for anyone who needs a quiet space away from the foyer areas or the performance.
- Each actor will come onto the stage to introduce themselves and their character.
- The theatre won’t be completely dark, and loud noises as part of the performance will be reduced. If the theatre does need to go dark for a special effect, the actors will let the audience know in advance.
- Ear defenders are available to borrow from the box office for anyone who needs them.
- Some of the special effects normally used in the show won’t be used during the relaxed performance.
