SPACE Group is now ready to launch in South Manchester!

SPACE (Supporting Parents And Carers Endeavour) Group aims to offer a unique support group for parents/carers of children with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND); a group with a difference.

SPACE has grown and done so much for the SEND community since launching their fortnightly Friday sessions (based in North Manchester) in Autumn 2021 and they are now expanding to South Manchester with fortnightly Wednesday sessions at St. Margaret’s Church Hall in Burnage. 🙂

We’re so excited to meet everyone, share experiences and build a new network for all our SEND parents & carers in South Manchester (and beyond!).

The first session will be aimed at getting to know each other and gathering information – what support/services parents & carers need, what the SPACE group’s aims are, and to talk about our plans for future events.

There will be plenty of food and refreshments. We also have facilities for children to have fun in a safe environment while you have brew and a cake, although you do need to be responsible for your own child.

If you want to be part of something unique, if life’s challenges are getting too much and you need support, or if you have a fountain of experience and want to share knowledge please join us on our launch event and the fortnightly sessions that follow.
