Other Information
The devices come with a SIM card installed that will come pre-loaded with 24GB of data. Once that data has been used it would be down to the individual to get the SIM topped up if they wish to do so.
We have been informed that the Digital Inclusion team can support/ advice the resident when the data has run out of options and prices.
If you know anyone who is struggling using the internet or a device, please pass on this information, get them to ring the Manchester Coronavirus Helpline or email Manchester’s Digital Inclusion team so they can provide the help needed.
This programme was made possible through the council’s partnership with the #DevicesDotNow initiative.
