Following a planning session that we had with One Education (educational psychologists) and some parents & carers back in January, we have decided to have Anxiety-Based School Avoidance as the topic for one of the parent workshops that we will deliver this year.

To help us develop the contents of the workshop, we would like to invite parents and carers of children or young people who struggles or have previously struggled with attending school due to anxiety (i.e., Anxiety-Based School Avoidance).

As a parent/carer with lived experience of Anxiety-Based School Avoidance (ABSA), your feedback will be instrumental in the development of this workshop that we are co-producing with educational psychologists from One Education. You will also have an opportunity to get involved during the actual training session later in the year, as well as with potentially developing an ABSA information booklet for parents.

Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking, as we intend to bring food and refreshments at the meeting.
